It's National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day!

Who doesn't LOVE Chocolate Chip Cookies? Here is our family recipe that is sure to be one of your favorites! Another week down in homeschooling, calls for a celebration in our books...it's Friday after all!

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cream together the following: 

1 cup of softened butter

3/4 cup of brown sugar

1/4 cup of white sugar

Add the following:

- 1 (3.4oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix

- 2 eggs, slightly beaten

- 1 tsp of vanilla

- 2 1/4 cup of flour

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 11.5oz package of chocolate chips 

Bake at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes

Pour yourself a glass of cold milk and enjoy!
